Stephens Catering Equipment is committed to your satisfaction; if you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days. Please note that certain commercial-grade machinery and custom-built units may be subject to a restocking fee.
Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Items
Securely package the equipment in its original manufacturer's box, ensuring all manuals, accessories, and protective inserts are included.
Ship to Warehouse
Affix the return label and RMA number to the outside of the package and ship it to our designated distribution center via a tracked courier.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the item's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
